HERMITAGE - Firefighters in Hermitage responded to an explosion and fire at a manufacturing plant on Tuesday afternoon. The Hermitage Fire Department was dispatched to CCL Container on Lloio Road just after 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday for a report of an explosion and fire, according to Hermitage Fire Chief Michael Wadlow.
