The Steelers are giving Mike McCarthy a long look for their head coach vacancy. The former Packers and Cowboys head coach took part in an in-person interview for the Pittsburgh job on Wednesday, the team announced.

Los Angeles Rams passing game coordinator Nate Scheelhaase is expected to interview with the Steelers for the head coaching job.

“It’s kind of sad to see that era end with him and Coach Harbaugh going at it for all those years," Derrick Henry said.
