OK, fans have been asking about a "front head lock" escape and an "arm triangle" escape. Here's the "arm triangle" escape ("head and arm", "side choke", all same thing) One thing though, this is the last resort escape, once you are locked in against a good guy who's strong on top of his technique, it's gonna be hard to get out, BUT, as they always say in Holland, "When you don't shoot, you always miss".
