Barn chores are exercise in a sense. But they’re definitely NOT a form of *training* to help you be a better athlete. Even myself, I tend to always shovel 💩 with the same arm position on the fork, which ultimately causes muscular imbalances and unilateral weaknesses. We get on and off the horse on the same side, same leg. Rope with one arm. Turn 1 barrel 1 way, 2 barrels the other way. Rodeo and life is full of imbalanced movements.
